What you can request
You can request information and access, correction, deletion, restriction or object to processing. Portability applies in certain circumstances. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it for future processing. The app does not make automated decisions with legal effects concerning you.
How to submit a request
Email hei@norge90.com with the subject Privacy request. Explain what you want and where the information appears, such as an email thread or article URL. Limited evidence may be requested when needed to verify that the request concerns you. Do not send identity documents unsolicited.
Handling your request
Privacy requests should generally be handled free of charge within one month, subject to lawful exceptions or extensions. This describes the legal default, not a staffing guarantee or a shorter service deadline. Where the law requires it, reasons must be explained for refusal or restriction.
External sources and complaints
We can handle only information and copies within our control. For original articles at other publishers, also contact that source. You can clear your local preference yourself on the preferences page. If you believe processing breaches privacy rules, you can contact Datatilsynet or another competent supervisory authority.
