This notice describes the current test version’s data flows. The app has no user accounts, advertising tools, newsletters or visitor analytics integrated.
Contact and responsibility
Norway90 is the service name, and hei@norge90.com is the privacy contact. The legal operator’s name, registration number, hosting provider and email provider have not yet been specified. These details and provider terms need confirmation before public production operation; this notice cannot describe an unspecified production infrastructure as settled.
Information involved in browsing
Web requests involve technical information such as IP address, time, browser information and the requested URL. Search terms are sent in the URL and may appear in browser history or operational logs. Language selection is also in the URL. The app does not build a user profile or a search-history database.
Saving a choice on the cookie page stores one local preference in your browser. If you email us, the contact point receives your address, message and any attachments. Do not send identity numbers, passwords or sensitive documents that are unnecessary for your request.
Purposes and legal basis
Technical requests serve page delivery and troubleshooting. Contact details are used to answer your request, not for marketing. These limited operational and correspondence purposes would normally be assessed under legitimate interests, with the required balancing assessment. Legal duties may provide a separate basis. Any future optional tracking must not begin without an appropriate basis and required consent.
Providers, retention and your choices
The server retrieves news from configured APIs and RSS sources and Oslo weather from Open-Meteo; we do not request your location. News is stored in Supabase and approved images in Cloudflare R2. Your browser loads approved images from cdn.norway90.com. In local preview mode, images can also load directly from the publisher’s image URL. The image host receives a web request and your IP address; previews do not send the page’s referrer URL. External links have their own privacy terms.
The local preference expires after 12 months or can be cleared earlier. Retention periods for production logs and email, processor agreements and any transfers outside the EEA are not yet established. These must be documented before production launch. You can contact us about access, correction, deletion or other rights, and complain to Datatilsynet.
